Quick Question about unlocking?

Well i had a w880i on contract with orange, contract finished 2 months ago and i switched to o2 for the iphone. I now want to unlock my w880i and put a o2 pay and go sim in there, is it possible to get a unlock code from orange? Im not sure if both o2 and orange work the same and im sorry if this is not allowed in these forums, just wanted to ask before phoning up and sounding like an idiot.

Thanks

I think that if you ask in the shop they will want to charge you for it especially if you haven't had the phone for that long.

I had a Sony phone and tried to unlock it myself but couldn't do it for free
There sites out there offering the service but i cant advise you on which one is best as i'v never done it myself through any of them

You could also try second hand electrical shops in your area.
There are 3 shops (not phone shops) within 10 minutes walk of my house that can do it from around £5 but you'll have to find one yourself if that's the route you decide to take.

Anyway, good luck and i hope i was of some help.

You can try to get the code from Orange network. If you didn't get the code from them, You can try it unlocking from any online site. For example you can get the unlock code from Pro Unlocking.com at affordable cost. All the best mate.
