Getting music for my Phone

Hi,

I got a W580i for Christmas and I'm very pleased. I'm really glad as it can have music on it. I'm by no means a knowledgeable person when it comes to technology. I've read the manual and it says there is a number of ways to put music on the mobile, the one I want to do is to buy tracks online and just put them on my phone, thats the easiest and simplest way. I would just like your advice since I don't really know much about all of this. I've read around and so far I'm led to believe that I should get Napster, download tracks from there, and then put them on my Phone. I would just like to know if this is correct.

I would really appreciate your help.

Thank you for your time,
Stevj016.

All you need to do is hook your mobile upto your pc with a data cable.

This will then show up as an added hard drive. You simply then drag and drop the music into your handset.

You can get music from numerous sources, napster being one. Be careful of using peer to peer sources.

Also take another look in your manual to ensure the music you want to move is in the right format for your handset.

I mainly use i tunes to put music on my ipod touch so I really dont use my mobile to listen to music. I mostly accept music to my fone via bluetooth from my children.

I hope you enjoy your new toy.
