daughter messedher phone up . it asking for puk code. can,t find box.she on t. mobile .any ideas

Your network will provide the code.

Do not attempt to enter any number unless its from them or you will block the fone.

Or try the networks internet site for help links for the code.

Kids eh..... lol

got puk code from t mobile but how do you put it in .phone says puk blocked sos calls only

can,t get in to menu to get to security settings so tried sim in another t mobile phone but says invalid sim and can,t access menu

Try turning the handset off and then back on and then a prompt should appear asking for the puk code.

have tried that just say puk blocked sos calls only,tap keys with code and nothing happens..put her old sim in the phone and works fine trouble is theres 10 quid of credit on the blocked one.thanks for trying

Yup you cannot simply swap sim card as such unless the phone is unlocked..Initially get it unlocked from any vendors online like Unlocking4free.com where most of the old model phones can be unlocked for free.
