Nokia 7360 Mastercode not working

Hi people,

I have a Nokia 7360 which is unlocked. But I put a security code 1 year ago and now I want to use another sim card on it and cannot remember the security code.

I've used the "Security code / Master Code Generator by Keith**************************but the Master code does not work.
I enter it and the phone still comes back asking for the security code.

Has anyone has an idea how to bypass this, plz ?
IMEI: *******************

Thank you

Most Nokia handsets have 3-4 unlock codes per handset and so one that is supplied may not work. Its a case of trial and error.

When you 1st inputted the code to unlock the handset so that your new network sim would be accepted this should have fully opened the fone to all networks. You should not need to input it again.

If its the security code that is 5 digits long and was originally 12345 which the user can arm the fone to not accept any other sims then if you cannot remember this then you will have to book this into a Nokia Service Centre for the handset to be flashed.

This would then reset to 12345, although the downside of this is that if the handset is out of the 2yr limited warranty then a fee would be imposed, and any downloaded data would also be lost in the flashing process.

Please note I have removed your Imei number from your posting to protect the security of your handset.

Good luck.
