Help my phone is cutting my calls

Owing to the fact I am a person of very little means but aging body which demands ever increasing maintenance, I needed a phone with a larger screen (worsening eyesight). So I bought one on Ebay it comes from China and is an “M.REN 007 dual sim touch screen” nice phone came just as described b.n.i.b. Had it for about 4+ months everything was fine until a couple of young friends tried to send me some ring tones via bluetooth I was not able to get the phone to receive them so they started to mess with it and now the phone drops all calls both in and out after connecting for about one second. I get to answer and say hello and that is it call ended. Anyone any ideas

Hi,

The bluetooth should not affect your calls.

Look in the menu security section for something saying ' factory restore' as this will make your fone revert to its original settings.

If this does not resolve the issue then maybe a firmware/software flash update is required.

Thanks for the reply Lee I agree the bluetooth should not affect the calls but I think when the two of them were messing with the phone they have altered a setting that has. The phone arrived with no manual and you have to basically just nose around to see what you can find, and I think they might have just clicked on something without paying much attention. I will look for the factory restore and try that. Thanks
