Question who owns this phone

hi i have this mobile from a party i went to i picked it up by mistake i have the number but i need to find a website that will let me enter the number and find out who owns it. this is not a scam or anything like that just a mistake i wish to correct without making to much of a fuss. the first numbers are 07966 just in case you know the networks web page

any help would be appreciated

I would call a few people in the contact list and try to figure out who's it is, that would be the easiest way.

And you could always be trying to find where someone lives illegaly :P

Look for the name "mom and dad" in the contacts Give them a ring and you will then have your answer

You could, ring random people in their cell phone, and tell them that you found this phone. If somebody has their number, they're probably a good friend and can be trusted to return the phone.

Yeah, I'd call someone in their contacts and ask them to meet up with me, or tell the person to whom the phone belongs.

Best thing to do is to call the cell phone provider and get them to identify the phone.

I agree. They probably have cancelled their service so no one can use the phone. I would since I dont want them to use up all my money for the month!
