Email, Calendar, Contacts Sync (Help me find a solution)

I have a google calendar, google email address, work calendar and email address (exchange 2003 server with activesync or imap access). I would like to find a way such that i can:

- Access both email accounts on my phone,
- Access both calendars on my phone (as seperate calendars such that a two way sync wouldn't result in my personal gmail calendar reaching my work calendar).

I'm on O2 and have yet to find a suitable solution, I have just bought a Blackberry Curve 8900 though IMAP access through a BIS results in duplicate messages (And i'd prefer my email to arrive in my phones standard mail box rather than a seperate application), and if i use google sync or any calendar sync application they always access the default calendar account on the phone.

Am I asking to much or is there a phone or ideal solution? this is really bugging me!

The Palm Pre looks good - any idea when this is released?

G1 or HTC dream (same phone, depends on where you are)

Contacts, calender events and emails from Gmail are synced on to the phone as soon as you turn on the phone (it props you to create a new gmail account or use an existing one).

to make the calender work the way you want to might take a little bit of tinkering. I used outlook at home when i was running windows mobile on my old phone and i synced outlook events with google calender events pretty easily. had to download some calender sync thing with google. i don't know if you can just create a calender on google and then have your work calender sync only to that one and you can turn it on and off on your phone like you would when logged into google calender. basically, what ever you do on google calender, you can do on the Dream/G1
