Samsung Tocco Problems
Hey I'm new to the forums and I am not sure if this is the right section (sorry if its not) But anyway I have purchased a samsung tocco for my son and he is having a problem opening up the battery pack which is needed so he can insert his sim as well as the battery, he is using the leather back that protects the front (Due to it being the only back that was provided) and he just cannot open it, sadly he is upset.
Can anyone help? Thanks in advance steve. Gizmo

Lots of new handsets have this issue.
I had the same issue with the original nokia 8800. They do loosen with use. If your still having the issue then nip back into the shop to ask the assistant to help.
