Motorola Z8 won't boot up. Please help.

Hey guys, im having a problem with my motorizr Z8. I turned it off afew days ago and it shut down fine but when now it wont load up properly. The phone seems to start up but as far as "hello moto" screen then the screen will turn either pink, green, blue or white and will restart, stuck in a loop like this.
Now i have noticed that the problems seem to lie with the symbian OS, on the hello moto screen in the corner on a normal start up it will read "d_exc started" but this is not showing. However earlier i was getting pretty anoyed with the phone a began to button mash and this popped up, then the phone seemed to start with a message saying the phone is running out of storage space continue to storage wizzard or something along those lines, didnt get a chance to read becuase the phone quickly shut down.
I dont belive its is anything to do with power and battery life as ive tried running it from the mains with no battery in and it behaves the same. I have dusted the sim card and battery ect so dont think its a problem there.
Im thinking its maybe to do with there not being enough room as i dont use a memory card on the phone.
Would love some advise and thanks in advanced.
